Description of the project: 

For the small size of the plot and its position within the urban weft, the identity of the housing is defined mainly by its discretion, formal simplicity and traditional solutions that help you integrate with your immediate environment and result in the maximum pragmatism housing, by a resounding and unified solution, both formally and technically. also it has been studied bioclimatic optimization parameters, through solutions that prevail sustainable energy efficiency, minimizing future maintenance of the building.
