The project area consists of a land area of ​​13,000 mq, with a construction of 26,000 mc of residential areas and public parks, streets and parking lots. The project is adapting to planivolumetric of the announcement, that consists of four buildings in line of which two are oriented with north-south and two east-west oriented. The first one are made with triple body of the building, the stairwell unique and central corridor. Most of the accommodation is accessible with minimal modifications of bathroom furnishings. The eighty rooms are distributed as follows: two 30%, 60% three-room, four-10%.

The summer cooling is achieved by circulating fluid-cooled ground water, with the addition of dehumidification only.
There are also solar panels for electricity of the common parts. The system of accumulation of rainwater from the rain feeds the external network of irrigation of green areas.
